Decent salary, most people are nice.

Cons

CEO continues to focus on headcount, resulting in remaining employees having unmanageable workloads. Currently in a hiring freeze, although they won't admit it or call it that.

Cons

A real talent deficit. While I see they have been able to attract some talent over the past few years, CM is unable to retain them and executive level doesn’t help support or drive the transformation they claim they want.

Wages aren't to bad and the instance is ok

Cons

They will work you six days a week ten to twelve hours a day without giving you any time for yourself or family. They have no respect for people here I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .
