Good pay. Pre 2024 guaranteed raises, post 2024 merit based.

Cons

You are not an employee, you are a cog. The only thing that matters is the numbers you put out. Awful point system, use to be able to work off points now they don't fall off until a calender year. Went from 8 to 4 points. No flexibility at all. Inexperienced management, all across the board we've been hiring automotive people....who has zero experience in this field New management horrible atmosphere. They cut our breaks from 4 to 2, and stopped providing water and Gatorade in the heat of summer. Everybody is burned out and turns on each other. Employees turn on supervisors, supervisors throw each other under the bus, upper management throws supervisors under the boss.

CMCO is a great pleace to work. Modern environment, and a good work life balance. Co-workers as well as supervisors have a positive attitude.

Average salary and just partially open to home office (restricted).
