Pros

The company is growing and acquiring new companies. This is a competitive industry and CMCO is making sure they remain a key player. The company does offer better than average pay and health benefits. It is definitely a work hard environment and slackers won't last too long. The managers do care about the company and employees and want to do the right thing.

Cons

The 401k is not competitive and their IT systems are behind the times. Some areas don't have enough people to do all of the work.

Columbus McKinnon Corp had a welcoming atmosphere. Easy interview process. Pays pretty decent for an internship. Full time.

Cons

Not a lot of cons. Not exactly flexible. Very little variety in work. Basic sit behind your computer for eight hours kind of job.
