- Good Pay - OT if you are a good worker - Good 401K

Cons

- Terrible management - Terrible co-workers - No heat or air, over 100 degrees in the summer time - If you are any good at your job they will want you there ALWAYS. 10 hour days weekdays and 8 hour weekends. Have to outright threaten to go to HR to get off it. - Union shop. Run by the lazy people. So they look down on hard workers and anyone who is a hard worker usually isn't in the union.

Pros

Benefits and laid back environment. Interview and hiring process was smooth. Pay was ok, could have been better.

Cons

not enough diversity with management and higher up. Lot of people quitting the job because of management. Felt excluded. wasn’t feeling the vibes. When it was my last week, management basically brushed me off. Barely wished me luck To say they been a around for long time, it just seems like the company don’t have any structure.
