Everything else. Management doesnt care about you as a person. You're just a replaceable cog in the corporate machine.

The pay is decent and the floor level people are great.

Cons

No home life, working 6 days a week while management enjoys their weekend with their family. Never seem to get caught up due to poor decisions by management. Management makes decisions based on personal feelings towards employees rather than what's best for the company.
