Great experience of what not to do as a Leader. Loyal workers and good benefits. Earned what I needed to leave and grow my career elsewhere!

Cons

Company does not value their workers Short term cash flow and bonuses are all that leaders are concerned about and are based on the work of those that put their heart and soul into what they do. The employees are not rewarded their bosses are...making a million dollars by one person should be a crime and can not believe the BOD has not put a stop to the companies reputation being ruined. Very sad to see something that was once great ... Sink

Cons

The company is headed to a dead end. Executive leadership and director-level management do not understand what made CM great, the people. Now, it is all about the almighty dollar. Revenue over employees. Personal growth over reason. The entire corporate HR team left the company, so that speaks volumes. Where is our Board of Directors? What is their role in this failure?
