Some good mentors, benefits are good, hours are normal, weekends and holidays off

Cons

Lots of turnover, understaffed, almost everyone is overworked and a majority of us feel underpaid

Most of the employees in the customer service section of the business there are nice and friendly to work with

Cons

Teams got cut in half at the beginning of the pandemic and instead of hiring people to fill the teams back to full capacity upper management held an early morning meeting to tell us how hard they know it is that requests and calls have come back full swing. No matter how many times employees mentioned that they felt overworked and needed more staff to help with the volume of work nothing was ever done
