Good floor employees who know their jobs, with a good management team it is a solid safe place to work

Cons

Terrible management who step on you to improve their status. Management has no clue how to run the plant efficiently. Human resources no longer exists under current department head. You are either working 80 hours a week or 32 hours week because of a lack of a plan no consistency
