      Good experience to see how a large corporation operates. They do not do a good job of explaining of how much you need to learn on the job. Management is flexible and they do their best with work life balance. They do award the top workers with promotions and do their best to promote internally.

      Cons

      After a few months the workload and new processes you need to learn will burn you out.
