      The only pro is when we got to leave.

      Cons

      Seniority is ignored. Hardwork is overlooked. Doing well just gets you taken advantage of while lazy coworkers continue doing as little as possible. There is no incentive to work hard or do better.

      Pros

      The team atmosphere, the holiday bonus, holiday parties, basket raffles, Friday 50/50s, learning how the equipment we made works and components that goes into it

      Cons

      Favoritism was high. Poor performers that were newly hired made more than the employees who did their job well and had been there longer. Promoted the wrong people to supervisor. If you do your job too well, you will have no room for growth and be stuck in the same position.
