If you don't like a policy or supervisor, just wait! It will change soon!

Cons

Apparently ambition is the only trait needed to supervise here. Hard workers are not compensated enough and lazy workers are protected, promoted, and get to top pay quickly. The most backwards company I have ever worked for.

Pros

Not too many pros except that the pay is pretty good depending on what position you hold in the company.

Cons

Management is terrible they favor certain employees. HR don't care about anything and will side with management even when they are in the wrong. If you speak up and management doesn't like what you are telling them they will secretly build a case against you and terminate you out the blue. Management and HR are all one sided and don't give a damn on how the employees feel.

Pros

People who work here are the best aspect of the company. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Always work to do. I don't get bored at work by doing the same tasks over and over, am able to learning new things frequently, and get to work and do projects outside of my job title as well. Keeps it interesting. Flexible work hours and ability to work from home if you need to.

Cons

Health benefits are not good at all, only have one provider (so no choices) and my doctors are not in their network.
