Pros

Great Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision; Paid Time Off; Sick Leave; $8000 Educational Reimbursement Stipend towards post-graduate work; Parking. Laid back work environment.

Cons

Laid back work environment breathes stagnation and complacency. Many employees come and stay until retirement... Working just hard enough to get by, in an environment that is fairly stable... Which is great for them, but QUITE DIFFICULT for more-driven people to stay passionate and motivated, and move up the ladder. Promotions rarely happen. If and when they do, it seems to be based on seniority, rather than who is actually doing a remarkable job... OR, if you happen to brown-nose with the boss!

Pros

The good thing is that you can choose your schedule in the Math department. Those with highest seniority get to choose first and so on. Then you can try to change your schedule with someone in the department if you like.

Cons

The downside to the Math department is you just about have to be from one of the Ohio universities to get hired or you have to be an adjunct in the department and apply for a higher position. Standard Deviation = 0.

Pros

The Columbus State Community College is a wonderful transition between college transfers, and is a apprentice icon within developing a college intern's skills and knowledge concerning these skills, knowledge, and on-job training advantages to possess!

Cons

Columbus State Community College is more geared to the entering young-adulthood generation. So, if your more in-depth to a atmosphere of quality learning and already have children turning into young-adults, this would be more ideal for your young-adults in a higher learning education environment.
