Use of consultants for many internal issues. High turnover of executives.

Pros

They gave me a place to figure out if I wanted to teach as a career, and when I didn't, where I could make some extra money and have fun teaching something I love.

Cons

Some programs have very little flexibility for the instructor so you can make changes. I don't believe this is Columbus State alone, it probably has something to do with transfer credit for the students.

The position was a great learning experience and it really helped me to build my resume. I would recommend for any students to get a work study job.

Cons

None that I can think of. This was a very relaxed position and I was able to learn and continue to build skills and add to my resume
