Pros
There are many competent people who work at ComEd who are focused on success. This company has the best safety culture of any organization I have worked with. Management is supportive and coworkers are helpful. The training opportunities are plentiful, and everyone is busy and challenged in their work.
Cons
The IT systems are not easy to navigate. Since the ComEd territory is across northern Illinois, a fair amount of car travel around the territory may be required.
