No gender equality - my male coworker and I were hired together with equivalent previous experience for the same level job. Later on, I found out that the gap was close to 20% in the pay! When I addressed it with HR, they responded that the pay was within the range, and that was it! The range was about $30K - my salary was at the lower end, and his was in the high half - yes, that sounds almost equal! Promotion - not existent until HR opens a new role in the future, which was ridiculous Compensation - not market competitive Management - changing too often
