Pros

-Power Engineering and technical classes/trainings. -Direct and upper management listen and apply employees feedback. -Great compensation with opportunities for extra income. -Job security.

Cons

-Little to no continuous improvement processes applied. -Work to life balance is challenging to maintain with the amount of project and their schedules.

Great medical, dental, 401k, vacation and other benefits. Great pay Great location Trainings 3 different shifts

Cons

High turn around in management in Call Center It's who you know, not what you know. Once a manager doesn't like you, they out for you. Long hours Unexpected overtime, always.

Great place to work. Awesome bonuses and flexible hours. Enjoyed the diversity of people.

Cons

Commute was long into Chicago. Wes transferred to the Suberbs which I then had to drive instead of take the train.
