      Pros

      Pay and benefits are excellent, Meaningful work. My career has blossomed at ComEd. I recommend this employer.

      Cons

      You will be challenged at times with the work load but the compensation is fair and most of the managers are reasonable. Exempt employees should expect to work greater than 40 hours per week.

      Pros

      When you have had enough of finding new clients, this is a great place with plenty of legal issues to solve.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of room for advancement. Lawyers are high on the food chain, but there is no place to move in the company. Great last job before retirement.

      Pros

      People are great, many are long term employees. Nice to work with and helpful. Stable work with good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Too many layers of management. The ratio of people overseeing work to those that actually do work is out of alignment.
