      Pros

      The pay is great and comes with great job security. This company is willing to pay lots of overtime and still has a pension and 401k. The teams you will work with are very close nit and willing to teach you all they know.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime, the company seems to think that paying a ton of overtime is better than hiring enough people to balance the workload.

      Employees Extras, coworkers are good for the most part, place to acquire some valuable experience, excellent health care package. Other benefits are good as well

      Cons

      Compensation -package could be better, storm duty and other rotational duty can be brutal. Salaries in some instances well under market value.
