Pros

Ability to work in various departments and positions which provides a well- rounded work experience. Company is not stagnant and changes technology to improve customer experiences.

Pros

Good benefits, flexible/hybrid, bonus plus profit sharing, interesting work, great people.

Cons

Two words: Storm duty. Especially the overnight shift. It's very disruptive to both your work and your personal life. Not sure how they expect someone who just woke up to suddenly go back to sleep (esp. someone with a family) and do storm duty 5pm-5am. No one can do that. They end up staying up the whole day/night. And then if the storm is bad enough and there are many outages, they have to repeat their night shift, night after night, until the outages are repaired. This job function should be outsourced.
