      Pros

      Part of a team that has accomplished several milestones this year! Opportunity to work on a variety of tasks with great partnerships throughout the various business units. Bi-weekly touch bases with entire team and monthly meetings to stay up to speed with any organizational updates. Internal movements encouraged and promotional opportunities! Great pay including bonus opportunity and benefits!

      Pros

      Stable environment with good people. Mid-management has been nothing but great. DO your job and you'll get treated very well. Plenty of room to move laterally or advance. Great benefits, great work life balance. The pay is probably on the lower range for engineers when compared to tech companies, but I cannot be sure.

      Cons

      Storm duty sucks. It's not the extra shifts that are annoying, it's the fact that you're forced into a role you often have no idea how to do.
