Pros

Good benefits, options for moves within many areas of the company, some good people are still present.

Cons

The culture is broken and it's evident in the HUGE turnover. Honesty is frowned upon by leadership - a culture of 'fakeness' and skills in 'spinning' a story are rewarded. Leadership is out of touch and only focused on metrics, does not care about their people, or take ownership of the issues. Many more issues driven by the above.

Pros

-Competitive pay with bonus structure -Employee Stock Purchase Program & 401k match -Comprehensive insurance -Emphasis and programs dedicated to advancing professional development -Flexible work environment -Strong DEI initiatives

Cons

-Lots of turnover, leaving groups with newer staff. Training is not always prioritized -Leadership is transitioning towards bringing staff into office -Year to year increases are low and restricted to HR -While pay is competitive when entering Comed, the small year to year increases do not allow for much pay growth -Company is experiencing record profits, while the rank and file receive back packs and tumblers. Just give us a pay raise
