Pros

Good company, with good opportunities and benefits. There are a lot departments one could go and learn new things and meet new people. Company also has a good volunteering program.

Cons

Storm roles can get a bit overwhelming, the old culture still exists in some regional office's and salary could be better.

Pros

Pay and benefits are excellent, Meaningful work. My career has blossomed at ComEd. I recommend this employer.

Cons

You will be challenged at times with the work load but the compensation is fair and most of the managers are reasonable. Exempt employees should expect to work greater than 40 hours per week.

Compensation is great, but that is about all. if you are diverse you will have opportunities.

Cons

Affirmative action is their policy. If you aren't diverse you are worthless. Very little people in their role know what they are doing.
