Pros

Not Complex, Pays Well, Friendly enviroment ( for the most part)

Cons

Union shop, in the frame of excellent pay was negotiated for not so favorable terms. Such as a 30min lunch break with few options/accomodations to get and/or eat lunch in that short period. Mandatory OT, up to 16hrs if on-shift. MUST come in if called during off day(s). Some processes could benefit from streamlining. Leans too heavily on time related call metrics, than actual customer experience/satisfaction.

Storm roles and some roles require on call duties changing goals, sometimes unclear direction until something happens. Then pivot and shift again
