Coworkers are fake and shady. Management doesn't care about you and they micromanage. The claims department is quota based and only care about numbers. Force to listening to management and do whatever they say, no room to express oneself. People from other departments try to get you fired for not doing what they say. The claims department increase the workload with no pay. The company doesn't pay it's workers for the workload they do. Toxic environment in the office. Horrible benefits, they make you pay for benefits that do nothing for you. Doesn't give you time off or paid sick days. No room for growth or promotions. Always picking favorites. Turn overate is high.

They offered $32k for a Counselor position requiring a Masters degree. Very much a cubicle farm job where you are required to take so many calls each week to meet quota. Quantity over quality.
