There is remote options for work, the company is really a caring company they want their employees at their best so they can give their best back to the clients

Cons

The hours aren’t 8 hours a day, it’s scheduled for 7.5 hours because we get an hour lunch

You will meet some interesting individuals and build strong personal relationships, but all with the common goal of finding a way out to find something better. Essentially Trauma bonding.

Cons

High turnover because the only way you would stay is if you can't find anything better. The office space is outdated. The help desk area is a fire hazard with daisy chained power strips. My desk was made out of plastic and filled with stuff from ghosts of employees past. One week a month of 24 hour on call shifts with global offices... are you joking me? This should be compensated at the bare minimum. The management will tell you things will get better, that better things are around the horizon. "Just need to finish this project"... It will never get better. The current management needs to be removed from their positions and the entire organization restructured with outside consulting assistance. I would never subject myself to working conditions like this again.
