Pros

Friendly coworkers, flexible schedules, great clinical experience. I was surprised at the amount of clinical experience I gained while working there. It’s much more than just a call center. The trainers are extremely helpful during orientation and even after training is done. Questions are always welcomed, and I felt supported by the team.

Cons

The pay is very low for the amount of emotional labor the job requires.

Pros

I have enjoyed my ability to progress quickly in my time at ComPsych. My managers have always been very engaging and open to assisting me in continued progress at the company - and somewhat in my personal life. My teams have always been very open and helpful.

Cons

There is sometimes and over-reliance on people, but this is being continuously examined and appears to be something that is moving towards change as growth progresses.
