I’m not sure what this company cares about except the owner. New hires have to go watch a video of the owner patting himself on the back. Your when forced to ask him a question while his admin prepares him a plate for lunch. The internet is almost totally blocked. You’re not to use your work desk phone for personal calls but there no WiFi in the company so you can answer emergency calls from your kids school.

This is an extremely hard job for someone who is impacted by the tragedies these employees calling are experiencing. As many have said the managers are obviously concerned about numbers and nothing else. You will get no personal guidance from them or praise ever. You can definitely get conflicting information from different people. I felt training often failed us and did not thoroughly cover many subjects.
