      The most rewarding part of this role is hearing genuine relief in a client's voice when you've been able to help them work through something. That makes the work meaningful in a way most jobs don't offer.

      Cons

      The hardest part is when a client is in a desperate situation and the resources or guidance available aren't enough to help them.
