      Pros

      WFH allows for a better work life balance When you are finished with the day, that is it, no other worries! Able to learn more as you go along Training is clear and concise Managers are really there for us and make ways to succeed whether it be in the same spot or advance You do get it in waves and all makes sense, at any learning pace

      Cons

      Needs to have a more pay levels added with each skill learned Maybe an additional 2-4 weeks to learn everything prior to hitting the next step (Stabilization) OT would definitely be nice!

      Pros

      Working for ComPsych has been a great experience. The environment is very supportive and collaborative and the people here are awesome. Getting behind the mission of ComPsych is easy and it's a great place to make a positive impact in the EAP space. The people here care about their team and providing the best service to our clients which is displayed on a daily basis. There are also good opportunities for growth.
