- Remote opportunities - lots of opportunities for growth — I’ve held 4 different titles since beginning in 2020 - Extensive training - Supportive management — I’ve been lucky to have attentive and caring managers in each position - Supportive coworkers — company culture of encouraging mentorship - Opportunity for bonuses and fun perks (e.g raffles for concert tickets, football/ basketball tickets) - Good work/ life balance — no expectation to work extra outside of normal business hours - Job security

- starting pay can be low depending on department - work can be stressful depending on the time of year
