I have been with ComPsych for almost 5 years. When I started, I was working in the FL office within the GRU team as a Guidance Consultant. This role was challenging but allowed me to use clinical skills I gained from my Master's degree as well as help some many clients receive mental health and other support services. However, from the start of my team at ComPsych, I have always shared my drive to move forward in the company and continue to not only learn how the company supports clients as a whole but to also continue to challenge myself. After about 2 years, I moved from the GRU clinical team to the Network Services department as a Clinical Network Specialist. This role was introduced and created with leadership at the time to develop a more clinical role within the Network services team. I was lucky enough to be part of that process and become the first to hold the role. I was in the role of Clinical Network Specialist for nearly 2 years before being promoted to Network Services- Team Lead. Not only was this a role I was striving for but a role I knew I would be successful in.
