Pros

My time at ComPsych and the FMLA Department was a positive one. The experience gained through the various individuals you will encounter on a day to day basis over the phone and via Email is perfect for someone straight out of college. Management was attentive but clearly was in a period of transition, overall I believe this company can become better if they hire and retain the right individuals.

Cons

Low salary compared to industry average in Chicago and nationally. Poor employee motivation and an extremely dull work environment, get rid of the cubicles, punching in for every single action taken (bathroom break/meeting).

Pros

Ability to get supervision for licensure and gain experience in the field.

Cons

Low pay and expensive benefits Incompetent staff and poor training. Management was stretched thin and could not always provide support when needed. Extremely high turnover and excessive micromanaging.
