      Pros

      I was blown away by how many resources ComPsych has provided for me to succeed and grow. There are trainers, coaches, team/team members and even experts to help us with questions we have. There is a lot to learn but through thorough training, you will pick up the processes and information quickly. Everyone is very kind and the weekly zoom meetings with my team always boost my week. They want to see you succeed and if you work hard it will happen.

      Cons

      It is overwhelming in the beginning with the amount of information to learn. Take a lot of notes and ask a lot of questions. Technical difficulties can be a bit frustrating but they have always resolved my issues in a timely manner.
