Pros

There really is nothing positive about this job. It is a call-center. Not time for self-care between calls. I was under the impression when I accepted this job it would be more clinically based.

Cons

Overworked & underpay. Clocking in & out. Call-center; you may take anywhere from 30+ call per day. Monitored like a hawk if you take to much time speaking with a person in distress (made me feel like if I tried to prove in the moment support to people I was punished for being compassionate).

Pros

Stable and growing company that really helps people all over the world. Great co-workers. Career growth is possible. The training is excellent and I've learned a lot. Many of the people here are excellent at what they do. And many have been here for a long time, which definitely says something. There is also good work-life balance.

Cons

The pace is not for everyone, it can be hard work and emotional work. There is also an opportunity to improve many of the processes.

Pros

Good location and benefits seemed pretty good. The company recruiter was fantastic to work with, a really nice guy who kept me in the loop about everything throughout the entire hiring process.

Cons

Micromanaging, constantly being watched and people playing politics and talking about you behind your back, not knowing your personal situation, what you are working on, or how you work, the same people reporting lies to your manager, who will take those people's accounts against you even if you explain your situation, it won't matter, you won't have a say in their decisions.
