      Pros

      Good team members. Great location thats it for this company.

      Cons

      Poor Benefits, Senior management only cares for thier key people ,There is very little scope for career growth and development as the technologies used are old so no new learning experience . Poor communication betweeen peers.

      Pros

      Many people genuinely care about the work they are doing to provide assistance to people.

      Cons

      Salaries are below market; raises are tiny (1 to 3%); bonus distribution is very unfair---some departments get bonuses every year and others either aren't eligible or the goals for bonuses are unrealistic. Most everyone is afraid of the CEO.

      Pay is awful, team leaders micromanage, little opportunity to advance, constant revolving door of staff because staff is not valued.
