      The company is very stable and is full of bright, energetic people who believe in what we're doing -- providing counseling and wellness services, also helping companies with absence management, and making a difference. We have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest employers and provide meaningful help.

      Cons

      It can be a fast-paced environment, and the company has had some "growing pains," but there is genuine effort to support employees as we grow.
