1. Provide truly helpful services. ComPsych's management really stresses the importance of quality and that makes a difference to me as a professional. 2. Great location. 3. Interesting career options as the company is always growing and evolving. 4. Interesting global opportunities and discussions with colleagues around the world.

Cons

1. Since the company has high expectations and significant customer commitments, there is pressure to perform at a high level. This is a motivating factor for many people who desire to work for a global leader, but others who are looking for a 9-5 type job may find it challenging.

Pros

ComPsych gave raises when other companies were laying people off. Since ComPsych is always growing and developing new products, there are lots of ways to be promoted or move to different areas. I know a lot of people complain about the benefits, but I think they're really competitive and a great package as a whole. If you want to work hard and are passionate about your job, then look into a job at ComPsych. The managers are great and really care about their employees.

Cons

One of the downsides of working at ComPsych is the turnover. But I think that's due somewhat to the fact that a lot of younger people are hired. They leave thinking that there are better companies and jobs out there.
