Pros

The staffing is excellent so I have time to focus on the client. Friends tell me that is not what it is like at other EAPs. Really like my team lead. Great leadership in Ops and at Executive level. I feel like the company has great momentum and it’s fun to be part of that.

Cons

Wish the pay was higher but working for a growing stable company is important to me.
