      Remote work. The amount of work load.

      Cons

      CEO is completely out of touch, There are NO documented, SOPs or training. VP roles are a joke and company bullies. There is a very toxic work environment unless you allow the bullying. Zero collaboration with support depts. They are treated like Gods more than customers. Very high turnover in Account Services.

      The best reason to work at ComPsych is the opportunity to work remote.

      Employees in the GuidanceResources Unit are overworked. Employees are expected to push in-need clients through calls and expected to meet an unrealistic quota. Employees are undervalued and the company turnover rate is a reflection of that. Employees are underpaid, merit-based raises are slim to none, and annual increases are capped at 3%.
