Benefits are terrible, the pay is average to substandard, the tech is worse than your high school library's and they reduced how much PTO you can rollover. Leadership is abysmal, the CEO is so out of touch with his workforce it will make you cringe. Most managers have not been trained on how to manage and while there's a lack of trust in general, it's especially apparent between managers and senior leadership. They're now asking firmly (but not requiring) employees to come in a few days a month, but took away the snacks in the office. They haven't even promoted PRIDE month, but did post something for Flag day, if that lets you know where their priorities are. I would truly recommend you steer clear unless you absolutely need a job.

Everything else. The pay for what we have to deal with is nowhere near enough. If we’re not talking to an angry employee that’s yelling at us, we’re talking to someone who is really sick. It’s overall emotionally exhausting. On top of that, the micromanaging is embarrassing. The turnover rate is really high which says everything you need to know.
