I’m not sure what this company cares about except the owner. New hires have to go watch a video of the owner patting himself on the back. Your when forced to ask him a question while his admin prepares him a plate for lunch. The internet is almost totally blocked. You’re not to use your work desk phone for personal calls but there no WiFi in the company so you can answer emergency calls from your kids school.

Management is awful. They treat you like a robot and is only concerned on how many calls you make. Your clinical skills are not used as often therefore they diminish. You are pretty must customer service instead of clinicians. The CEO is so money hungry. He only cares about the money coming in. I get it, it's a business but he treats us very poorly. We have to hear him talk about how much money he has and how he has a place at the Trump Tower and pays his employees that have multiple degrees and a license not a livable wage, especially in Chicago. The turnover rate is unreal. If you have been here for more than a year, it's most likely because you are in supervision and would like to complete the free supervision. This is very minor compared to everything else but they always say to their potential employees that there are snacks that are offered... The snacks consist of almonds, cashews, m&ms, and juice. That doesn't help those who are allergic to nuts or diabetic. THERE IS NO ROOM TO GROW.
