      Pros

      I love how busy I am, the days fly by. There is always something to learn and there is room to move up within the company. Being remote gives me more time to be with family and definitely saves time and gas.

      Cons

      Health insurance and pay could be better. I took a pay cut to take this job and I am beginning to feel the effects from it. I do think the hourly wage can be better. I feel like this is what drives people away most. I have seen a few good co-workers leave recently because they just can't swing the cost of insurance and lower pay scale.

      Pros

      WFH allows for a better work life balance When you are finished with the day, that is it, no other worries! Able to learn more as you go along Training is clear and concise Managers are really there for us and make ways to succeed whether it be in the same spot or advance You do get it in waves and all makes sense, at any learning pace

      Cons

      Needs to have a more pay levels added with each skill learned Maybe an additional 2-4 weeks to learn everything prior to hitting the next step (Stabilization) OT would definitely be nice!
