Great Location...and that's about it!

Great downtown location (Michigan Avenue/NBC Tower)

Cons

Got let go one day with no warning - had been given a raise only a few days prior and was performing very well. Management can turn on you very quickly. Since there isn't much room for growth, if you're the kind of worker looking to move up - you won't find it here. Management is extremely fake -- & there are a lot of games that are played. Pay is extremely low, barely liveable on your own in the city...barely.

- Micromanaging - Inconsistency among leadership - Lack of accountability among leadership - Low compensation for employee experience/credentials and cost of living - Unethical/irresponsible management and staffing after hours and on weekends - Absolutely zero clinical supervision/debriefing/support provided for clinical staff to mitigate burnout/compassion fatigue - Minimum number of holidays possible

The training staff was friendly.

Cons

The job advertisement listed a significantly higher pay than I was offered and many other employees said the same during training. We all were constantly talked down to by management. Unrealistic quotas.
