Easy and supportive onboarding experience, very supportive Team Lead managers that always have your back for support. There is support throughout the entire organization from HR to IT and in between. Open communication is supported and encouraged. Advancement is promoted within the company allowing room for growth. Work life balance is excellent due to remote working conditions. Job is rewarding and making a difference in people’s lives.

I truly enjoy my job as a telehealth counselor. Working as a telehealth counselor in a fully remote role offers great work life balance. The supervisors are very helpful, supportive and readily available when needed. Extensive training is provided for new employees and leadership strives to make employees feel valued. Great company and position!
