      Pros

      Nothing absolutely nothing. They will wring you out and leave you to dry.

      Cons

      Please don’t work for this company until you have reviewed your state laws. They took all my PTO after putting in my 2 weeks and won’t pay it out because of my state. They took 40 hours of pto that I cannot use. They give contradicting information about payout and then hit you with the bait and switch. Overall poorly ran company with bad and retaliatory policies.

      Remote work, flexible hours, great coworkers

      very low pay, micromanaging, little PTO, lack of job security, does not care about their clients, only pleasing employers, little support or encouragement for self-care, extremely high employee turnover, high call number requirements

      Pros

      This position gives me the opportunity to help many people which is quite fulfilling and mission oriented. My team and manager are amazing and very helpful across the board.

      Cons

      Currently fully remote and I would enjoy more opportunities to interact with my coworkers.
