Pros
I have been working at ComPsych for over 10 years and still like it just as much as the first week! Some of the things that keep me excited to start each morning are: - Amazing growth opportunities- ComPsych has shown they are willing and open to creating new positions to meet the business need and meet talent where they are at or where they want to go. - Collaborative culture - Psychological safety- I never feel intimidated to voice my perspective in a meeting, even if it may not be similar to other leaders on a call - Leaders with emotional intelligence - Work-life balance- This pro is one of my favorite about ComPsych! I am a mom and the ability to have work-life balance is important to me and my family. - Developmental opportunities always present -Robust Behavioral Health benefits (Well-Being Coaching, Legal support, Worklife support, Financial support, EAP sessions, Learning and Organizational training sessions and more) - Useful and helpful voluntary benefits
Cons
No company is perfect but there are several Pros to make up for some of the cons. The medical benefits could be a little better, especially for remote employees. HR has also done great strides at engaging employees and educating on benefits available in the last two years, but I would like to see more.
