Prior to joining ComPsych in 5 months ago, I read the reviews and reached out to some on LinkedIn to gain their prospective. I can honestly say that this was the best decision I have ever made in moving to ComPsych. Even my massage therapist asked me what changes I have made in my life because I wasn't as stressed. I have recommended ComPsych to some of my friends and former co-workers.

Cons

It’s a customer service call center with little to no guidance once training is completed. They belittle you even tho you have the same education as the leaders the pay is very low for a masters degree
