There is a lot of freedom and creativity in this job. You must be a slef-starter if you want to excel in this job/ position.

Cons

It is really hard to move up the latter. You really have to prove yourself and commit at least 5+ years before you are considered for a promotion. To be promoted you have to apply against external and internal applicants, it is not awarded to you based on your commitment to the organization.
