      Pros

      Very high income earning POTENTIAL.

      Cons

      Cold calls, even though they tell you there are none. Training is good, but is not practical and once you're out of training they throw you to the wolves.

      one of the best places I've worked at..great people and a very good opportunity to succeed

      Cons

      a lot of traveling involved..that's the real major down side..I world suggest doing something to alleviate that for the benefit of your employees

      Pros

      Uncapped commission, weekly bonuses, monthly bonuses, incentives, trips, world-class training, career advancement, freedom to make your own schedule, great products that sell themselves if you follow the success system.

      Cons

      It is simple but not easy. Hard work and positive mental attitude are required. Must be able to handle highs and lows of the business.
