Pros

Prior Work from home and flex time sometimes depending on toxicity of manager, recent return to office mandates cancel out the only positive.

Cons

Favoritism, sexual harrassment, racial discrimination, retaliatory, nepotism, awful incompetent leadership, toxic Human Resources, and very unfair illegal treatment. Upper leadership are hired to make everyone miserable and are so incompetent it is clear they only got their positions because they are buddies with executives. Good ol boys club mentality. Lower end employees much more competent than managers who abuse them. One of the worst workplaces ever. New president has made it worse by hiring his buddies in roles they should not be in. Very awful culture.
